密市木地板批发公司招聘办公室前台岗位 岗位描述: 1、负责前台日常工作,信件收发、电话的接听、转接,做好各种来电咨询登记工作; 2、创建销售订单,票据等; 3、负责公司仓库收发货物,库存盘点; 4、完成交办的其他行政工作。 要求: 1、英文口头和书面流利、掌握基本商务礼仪; 2、做事认真仔细,具有良好的沟通、协调能力及团队协作精神; 3、有Quickbooks experience 4、有1年全职工作经验者优先。 We are a fast-growing hardwood flooring wholesale company located in Mississauga and currently are hiring full-time Receptionist & Office Admin, working from Monday to Friday.8:30 a.m.-5:00.p.m. Major Responsibilities: Answering front desk phone calls, emails and greeting walk-in customers; Creating sales orders and invoices with Quickbooks ;Arranging shipping and receiving schedules; Assisting inventory update and all other office admin related tasks.
