Work with accounts to collect information pertaining to and enter all customer purchase orders Coordinate with the proper internal departments to ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on time Monitor the quality of the services being provided to customer accounts to ensure it meets or even surpasses the organization’s expectations Manage all account requests and general correspondence requirements (preparation of quotes, inventory inquiries, production status updates, etc.) Coordinate customer art requests and subsequent approvals when needed Coordinate approval of production packages when required with respective accounts and ensure the appropriate internal departments are informed Maintain accurate files regarding the history of each account and the status of all outstanding orders Submit order instructions to departments on a timely basis, contributing to the timely processing of the orders Prepare adjustments to customer’s invoices as necessary Investigate complaints and if unable to solve problem, advise Manager immediately Follow up all calls for service and inquiries within a 4-hour window, where situations would permit Duties are not limited to the above and may be revised as deemed necessary by the Manager from time to time
