Offer support to team members Answer and resolve team member inquiries Organize and train new brokers and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing brokers Monitor industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for changes to improve the team’s performance Manage and assist with the implementation of business development plan in order to increase productivity Implement customized growth strategies Highly motivated with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets Re-evaluate the needs of existing brokers (new processes, automation, support staff, how to tackle obstacles, calendars) Create mastermind groups & in-person shared strategy sessions Manage operational components of the team member.
Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures for the team Recruit and assist with onboarding process Deal with Ethics and RIBO matters

Minimum two years of work experience as an insurance broker or insurance trainer Proven experience in sales management within the insurance industry RIBO License is a MUST Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices High personal moral value and ethical business standard Team oriented, enthusiastic, eager, motivated, collaborative, with a strong work ethic A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving Ability to train and mentor insurance brokers in a professional manner Ability to communicate in a caring professional manner and provide excellent service Strong presentation and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Ability to build relationships at all levels Mandarin language is a MUST Commercial underwriting experience is an asset.
Ability to commute/relocate: Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: Insurance sales: 2 years (preferred) Language: Mandarin (preferred) Licence/Certification: RIBO License (preferred)
