Deal with queries on the phone and by email with customers. Greet customers when they come into the office Managing diaries, and schedule meetings with customers and sales team Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Set service goals and make sure they are met on a monthly basis.
2 years of relevant experience would be an asset. Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset. OTL/RIBO iProperty and Casualty license (preferred/ must be able to obtain). Valid Ontario Driver’s License Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Successful record of meeting service goals/quotas. Customer Service experience an asset. Willing to find client-focused solutions and building relationships. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Ability to give presentations. Ability to attract new clients and retain current ones. Basic math skills. Management skills. Ability to be self motivated. Friendly and empathetic towards others. Attention to detail a must. Organizational and time management skills.
