Our clinic delivers medical and cosmetic procedures as well as housing a renown clinical research facility specialized in chronic dermatological conditions.
Overview Due to our exponential growth, we are looking for a permanent full-time Medical Office Administrator with experience working with multiple doctors in a fast-paced environment.
We are team-orientated and believe in continued learning and professional development of all our staff.
Position Summary: Under direction of the physicians and the Office Manager, the Medical Office Administrator performs a variety of clerical duties in support of patient care delivery and medical office operations.
To accommodate our patients, we strongly encourage applicants who are fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese however an ability to speak a second language is an asset.
Main Responsibilities: Answer busy phone lines and taking messages.
Conduct patient registration.
Schedule appointments and procedures.
Obtain and confirm patient information for billing and consent purposes.
Follow up with re-referrals;
schedule appointments and coordinate with patients accordingly.
Daily email correspondence (checking emails, forwarding or responding accordingly).
Fax, scan and email prescriptions and referrals as needed.
Maintain an organized and stocked office environment.
Adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality policies.
Ensure exam rooms are stocked accordingly.
Complete tasks as assigned by physicians and/or Office Manager.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of medical office experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Ability to operate common business equipment including but not limited to computers, copiers, and fax machines.
Skills: Excellent patient service skills and overall positive team attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a requirement to speak Farsi.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional phone and conversation etiquette.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new programs and equipment.
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision.
DCS / DEC (preferred) Front desk: 2 years (preferred) Administrative experience: 2 years (required) Mandarin (preferred) Arabic (preferred) Cantonese (preferred)
