Manage all aspects of the distributors and direct customers relationship in Canada.
This includes but is not limited to: Management and achievement of the annual distributors and direct customers Sales Budget Distributors and direct customers inventory management and avoidance of overstocking Management, planning and execution of the annual Trade Promotion Budget Compliance with the Terms of Conditions of the Distributor Agreement Coordination and execution of all Marketing programs Distributor Sales Team training for new product launches and Corporate initiatives Any and all disputes with the trade or distributor and the company 2.
Preparation of company reports: Monthly Sales update summary of day to day business and issues Monthly Sales Forecasts Board Meeting Presentations Annual Budget and Long-Term Strategic Planning Presentations Other Project Presentations or updates 3.
Collection of market data for internal databases 4.
Work with Business Analyst to find data driven growth opportunities using Business Intelligence platform 5.
Remain up to date on all competitor and industry trends and proactively report findings back to Marketing and send product samples 6.
Provide training and mentoring to Sales Representative to improve skill sets related to the job and evaluate performance 7.
Other job-related duties and responsibilities will be assigned from time to time

Must have 5+ years of field sales experience in the FMCG grocery and/or food industry Distributor management experience is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Required Bilingual in English and Chinese (Speak, Read), Mandarin or Cantonese Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams Business acumen, strong achievement orientation and drive for results is necessary Dedicated focus on both external and internal customer/client satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at different organizational levels Attention to detail and time management Have a personal vehicle and valid driver license
