Job Description: The Senior Manager, Branding and Administration at RFBT Group of Companies will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions within the organization to ensure smooth operations and efficiency along with leading the Branding and Administration routines and projects.

Key Responsibilities: BRANDING MANAGEMENT Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that elevate the company’s image and presence in the market.
Marketing Execution: Lead a team of marketing professionals to implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Marketing Material Development: Oversee the creation of marketing and promotional materials either inhouse or in coordination with external partners, ensuring they adhere to the brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.

Uphold the accuracy and accessibility of company records, databases, and filing systems, while diligently monitoring and tracking Corporate & DC owned vehicles’ pertinent details, including ownership, driver’s licenses, maintenance, mileage, and insurance.
Office Operations: Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to always ensure sufficient stock levels;
Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment;
Collaborate with relevant departments to plan and execute office layout and space utilization.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the administrative budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and within allocated limits;
Conduct cost analyses and recommend cost-saving measures to optimize resources.
Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders;
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place;
Consult with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery.
Human Resources Support: Efficiently coordinate and oversee all aspects pertaining to Company health benefit insurance plans, ensuring seamless administration and compliance;
Collaborate closely with the HR department to proficiently manage personnel records and administer a comprehensive range of employee benefits;
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A proven track record in branding, marketing, or office management.
High level of proficiency in English, both in written and spoken forms.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Goolge Suite, and other relevant Marketing software.
Holding a valid driver’s license, with a willingness to travel extensively between Canada and US.
Speaking and writing in French or Mandarin is an asset.
