Liaising with cross functional team members to ensure follow through and next steps are taken.
· Working with Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehousing, analyze current procedures and optimize for efficiency, cost reduction and greater customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate cycle and year-end inventory counts at multiple warehouses and reconcile in transit inventory · Develop action plans to effectively manage inventory levels and to optimize inventory stock requirements · Ensure accurate Min/Max levels and costing are accurate for all inventoried items.
· Address inventory issues as they arise;
identify root causes to fix · Enforce inventory management policies and procedures compliance within the organization
