Complete application paperwork for clients and necessary translations.
Assist in students for filling and editing application forms.
Coordinate with other academic counsellors for whole application work, such as submitting applications, tracking follow-ups and communicating with clients.
Additional duties as assigned, including file maintenance, other writing and translation work.

Have one or more years of relevant work experience.
Excellent Chinese and English writing skill, with related English test certificates, is an asset (such as IELTS, TOFEL or other equivalent English skills).
Familiarity with Canadian and oversea universities’ application processes.
Highly effective adaptability, detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
Have patience and responsibility.
Efficient teamwork skills and Excellent client servicing skills.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Master’s degree will be preferred.
Previous education sector experience is considered an asset.
