Action guest concerns and compliments by praising staff and resolving complaints in a timely manner;
Coordinate Front-of-house and back-of-house to complete business objectives;
Assist Restaurant General Manager with rolling out localized marketing campaigns;
Prepare training plan, conduct skills/competency;
Comply with Liuyishou rules and regulations;
Guarantee Reasonable shift schedule, allocation of tips, attendance, labor costs, and production efficiency;
Share food improvement suggestions, innovation of new items, and manage the return of food;
Check cleaning, equipment, fire extinguisher, attendance, process & service daily;
Handle and report emergencies in a timely manner;
Organize team-building events, e.g.
Birthday parties, and monthly team gatherings;
Assist Restaurant General Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations;
Other duties as required.

Minimum of 3-year experience in serving, Chinese restaurant, Hot Pot, or Sichuan restaurant experience is preferred;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral) in Mandarin and English;
Strong analytical/decision-making skills;
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
With events/activities planning and paperwork skills are assets.
