Ensure efficient flow of all inventories Maintain all records and update all requisitions to ensure efficient cost transfers Maintain stock at appropriate location and safety level in warehouse and rotate stock to remove all old stock Prepare stock status reports and perform physical count of stock Perform regular quality checks on all supplies;
maintain accuracy of all counts and ensure authenticity of all information Update inventory data on Excel or ERP system.
Provide input on best practices, policies and procedures with respect to the others.
Follow all procedures in compliance of ASC standard policy and operation regulations.
Any other operation related responsibilities may be added as the company continues to grow
