This position supports automotive dealerships with inbound service appointment calls in our office.
This is NOT a work from home position.
This is a full-time position in our Aurora Office.
We are currently seeking an individual with strong phone skills and customer service abilities to join our BDC department.
Previous phone and or dealership/automotive experience (rental car agency, reception, appointment booking) would be helpful, willing to train the right person.
The successful candidate will be responsible answering calls and booking service on dealers schedule, updating client information, pulling tire storage, checking recalls and various parameters.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping customers.
