Claiming rebates and warranties from HVAC unit vendors
Communicate with HVAC unit vendors to place orders as needed for new units or replacement parts
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Maintain organized and accurate records of all vendor transactions, orders, and communications
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

Collega degree or equivalent
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar HVAC or technical field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing decent service
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Familiarity with HVAC units and terminology is a plus.
