Prepare, edit and translate Chinese communication and marketing materials such as pamphlets, articles, publications, and digital contents etc. Key contact for the liaison between the Foundation and Chinese media. Duties include but not limited to media invite, follow up on coverage and story pitching Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to prepare and execute media plans Responsible for digital content creation, including but not limited to creating storylines, scripting and editing, for web and social media Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to develop and expand the Foundation?s presence in Chinese social media Marketing intelligence collection and compilation, including but not limited to printed media, TV, radio, web and social media Provide assistance and support to the overall planning, coordination and execution of fundraising and marketing events of the Foundation Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Post-secondary education At least 5 years work experience in communications, PR or advertising Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese, in Cantonese and Mandarin Proficiency in verbal and written English Media relations with Chinese media an asset Chinese typing an asset Knowledge in graphic design and video production an asset Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills A valid Driver?s License with access to a reliable vehicle
