Market Expansion: ?Identify and secure new business opportunities with supermarkets, restaurants, and other potential partners to promote and distribute Renso products across Canada Sales Strategy: ?Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the B2B sector. Field Sales Engagement: ?Regularly travel to client sites, industry events, and prospective accounts to build direct relationships and represent Renso Foods in-person. Relationship Management: ?Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs. Product Promotion: ?Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales. Team Collaboration:? Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction. Delivery and Logistics Support: ?Occasionally assist with deliveries and manage inventory, including the ability to lift and move heavy boxes as needed. Reporting: ?Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and insights to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
Experience: ?Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on B2B sales. Industry Network: ?Candidates with a strong network or existing relationships within the food industry, particularly with supermarkets, restaurants, or Asian/Chinese food distributors, are highly preferred. Communication Skills: ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present products and negotiate with clients. Teamwork: ?Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Language: ?Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Physical Requirements: ?Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and willingness to assist with deliveries when necessary. Driving license:? A valid Ontario’s driving license is required for travel between client locations and deliveries when necessary.
