Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and scheduling. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and managing accounts using QuickBooks. Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area to enhance the overall client experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Previous office experience is nice to have Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
