Provide good service to SDB customer and answer enquires from customers over the phone or walk-in. Follow the operation procedure to process the inward and outward clearing items, such as DEFTs and outward clearing cheques deposited through mobile and internet banking. Handle customer mails such as preparing SDB rent due letter, dormant account notice, statement and T5/NR4, and handling return mails. Act as a joint custodian on cash vault, safe deposit vault and ATM vault. Other duties assigned by Supervisor or his assigned staff.
Post-secondary education or equivalent Minimum 2 year of relevant experience Working knowledge of PC software, i.e. Ms Word and Ms Excel. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to work independently and to solve problems using knowledge and experience.
