Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate and timely manner Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations Officer
Be fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese Accuracy and attention to details Proven customer service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent College Diploma or higher level of education achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and analytic skills Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adopt our internal systems and software packages At least one year work experience.
