Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients in both Mandarin and English Understand client needs and recommend appropriate auto/home insurance solutions Manage multiple client files and follow up in a timely, organized manner Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications: Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required RIBO license is preferred (but not mandatory) Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Highly organized with excellent time management and task prioritization Previous insurance sales or customer service experience is an asset
