– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office – Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner – Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department – Maintain a tidy and organized reception area – Perform data entry and maintain accurate records – Assist with filing and organizing documents – Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner – Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings – Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms – Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role – Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills – Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks – Attention to detail and problem-solving skills – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion – Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus – Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
