Quoting, booking, and tracking shipments Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner via phone and e-mail Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and continuous follow up to ensure resolution Assist customers with tracking enquiries, problem solving and assisting to find solutions for deliveries or pickups that do not proceed as planned Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Perform other duties as assigned
