Manage operation to drive delivery performance and meet weekly operation needs. Schedule and apply internal resources in the most efficient and effective manner in order to meet production schedule. Manage and collaborate with design team and process engineers to ensure production process execution is working as expected. Identify improvement initiatives to increase assembling team efficiency. Manage inventory levels and drive inventory reduction plans to reduce carrying cost. Ensure production record data (manpower log, production record, etc.) integrity to reflect day by day operations. Maintain compliance with all production workplace requirements and ethical standards.
