HR Assistant (40%) Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, collecting new hire documentation, and facilitating orientation sessions. Manage calendars. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and training programs. Assist with the preparation of HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures manuals. Support HR audits and compliance reviews by gathering and organizing relevant documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, 1+ years’ experience is needed. Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
