Customer Service/Office Duties include assisting walk in customers, answering telephone, taking messages, appointment bookings, preparing quotes, following up and preparing orders, responding to email inquiries, assist in ordering supplies, maintaining and tidying showroom. General labour help with occasional duties with Drapery workroom include assisting seamstress in various stages of drapery production and maintaining tidy workspace. Experience not required as Full Paid training offered.
Patient, polite, and courteous individual that is capable to work in a Team environment and Individual basis. Individual requires to have a good command of English both written and verbal. Working Knowledge of Internet, Email, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Customer service experience preferred.
