Office Administration & Coordination Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, scheduling, and general administrative support Act as a point of contact between office staff and IT/logistics to ensure smooth operation of technology and internal systems Assist in preparing internal reports, maintaining records, and organizing documents Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Management Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and messages on Airbnb Schedule and conduct in-person showings for potential guests or partners Coordinate guest check-ins/outs and assist with guest requests or concerns Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and compliance of Airbnb units Real Estate Operations & Maintenance Coordination Support the real estate with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and documentation Coordinate with maintenance vendors and property managers to address repair issues and ensure timely resolution Maintain a log of maintenance activities and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
2+ years of experience in office administration, or property management Strong written and verbal communication skills (customer-facing experience a plus) Comfortable using platforms like Airbnb, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Familiarity with property maintenance workflows and/or real estate processes preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting Must be available for occasional showings, including evenings or weekends if needed
