Deliver engaging, effective, and structured IELTS lessons (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking). Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Develop lesson plans and practice materials tailored to student needs. Motivate and support students to achieve their target IELTS scores. Collaborate with school staff to ensure student success.
- 招聘技能需求
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (TESOL/TEFL certification preferred). Prior IELTS teaching or exam preparation experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Patient, supportive, and culturally sensitive.
