Develop new clients and finalize contracts for the company by running social media or participating in marketing events. Participate in the company’s marketing activities, e.g. live broadcasting, short video shooting, lectures. Operate social media accounts, manage private messages and comments, e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu. Develop social media operation plan and publish posts regularly. Provide study abroad counseling to clients, understand their needs, and design study abroad and study planning. Communicate with clients in a timely and effective manner, maintain client relationships, and facilitate smooth service processes. Follow up the application process of clients, guide clients to prepare materials and help clients to check the documents.
