Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive CEO Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications Maintain and coordinate calendars for the Executive CEO, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and events Manage complex travel arrangements including coordinating travel plans, itineraries and agendas Assist with the preparation of correspondence, memos, and other communications Other responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
