Handle FCL Ocean Import. Track and trace shipments to final destinations, including audit invoice, cost, arrange delivery, etc Provide excellent customer service Handle and resolve all issues with clients
Minimum 1 year experience in Ocean import shipments. Good knowledge of North America logistics. Sense of responsibility. Experience coming from a very fast paced environment Experience coming from a high volume email a day environment and knowing how to prioritize Strong time management, able to prioritize tasks, communication skills Ability to provide quality service for our customers by understanding their needs and requirements . Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Chinese writing, reading, listening required
