Knows how to use load booking tools. Negotiate pricing to service all prospect and client’s needs. Develop new leads, and follow-up with prospective sales leads. Negotiate rates. Prepare freight quotations to clients Provide quotes to customers Engage prospective clients through cold calling and networking activities. Maintain relationships with existing customers and build business internally. Work with CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outbound call experience. Customer service skills. Knowledge and understanding of trucking operations & logistics Have a thorough understanding of rating, gross profit and have geographical knowledge Solid networking skills Sales experience in logistics and trucking industry is an asset. Existing customer base is an asset.
