Manage all aspects of the front desk: phones, scheduling, check-in/out, payments, and insurance entry Keep the day running on time by anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts Coordinate patient handoffs with our Patient Care Coordinator for treatment discussions Maintain accurate records in our dental software (ABELDent experience is an asset) Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and efficient
Previous dental reception experience preferred Experience dealing with insurances and EOBs Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Excellent communication ? in person, on the phone, and by email
