High school diploma or equivalent;
additional education is a plus.
Knowledge of the Welding Industry ( Welding Gases, Welding Machines and Welding Consumables ) is a significant advantage for this position.
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.

bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Chinese or other languages is a significant advantage.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions.
