Greet and build rapport with retail customers and contractors Explain product features and support customer purchasing decisions Operate our Clover POS system and QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and tracking Process orders, prepare packing slips, and handle customer checkouts Maintain communication with vendors and clients through email and phone Organize the front desk and ensure timely responses and follow-ups Help prepare displays and explore opportunities to feature products in other stores Support warehouse tasks including lifting items and assisting with deliveries (must be able to carry heavy objects)–sometimes Drive company vehicle when needed (G license required)–sometimes Work Saturdays and be flexible with scheduling Collect payments and make cold calls to new vendors
