Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads): Plan, launch, manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) Monitor and improve key metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, cost per lead, and conversion rates A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, targeting strategies Weekly campaign reporting with actionable insights Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content for Carnex’s? Instagram Collaborate with internal teams to produce car listings, promotional posts, and short videos Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice Plan and execute local campaigns and seasonal promotions SEO & Website Support: Work with our website and content team to improve search rankings and organic traffic Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, schema) Monitor and report SEO performance (Google Search Console, GA4, etc.) Analytics & Strategy: Use GA4, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools to monitor traffic and lead performance Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations Continuously iterate and improve digital campaigns based on data
2+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing Hands-on experience with? Google Ads ?and?
