Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns. Provide kitchen and bath cabinets design for customers. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products/services and customer experience. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous 2 years customer service experience is a must. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.? Fluent in English ?is a must in Ontario.? Fluent in French ?is a must in Quebec. Able to speak multiple languages is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and 2020 Design. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
