Perform day-to-day bookkeeping functions (AR, AP, reconciliations, journal entries) using cloud-based ERP Manage and reconcile multi-currency transactions (USD, CAD, JPY, EUR) Coordinate with logistics and procurement to match bills, shipping documents, and customs entries Support monthly and quarterly closing processes across entities (Canada/USA) Assist with GST/HST filings and cross-border compliance (CBSA, IRS) Prepare payment runs and liaise with vendors Maintain accurate financial records on our ERP system Support the year-end audit process and external accountants
- 招聘技能需求
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting assistant experience Experience with ERP systems; Accumatica Hands-on knowledge of cross-border accounting and trade documentation Strong Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, formulas) Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to hit deadlines Familiarity with inventory-based businesses a strong asset Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
