Develop and implement recruitment and marketing strategies targeting high school students in line with the company’s overall enrollment plan. Conduct recruitment promotion through multiple channels both online (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Moments, and other social media platforms) and offline (e.g., on-site promotions, lectures, campus presentations, exhibitions). Communicate with prospective students and parents to identify needs and support advisors in facilitating enrollments. Analyze market and enrollment data to optimize promotion effectiveness and contribute to team brainstorming for events. Collaborate with advisors, academic staff, and course instructors to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes.
Associate degree or higher; majors in education, art design, or related fields preferred. At least 1 year of experience in marketing, promotion, or admissions/sales; candidates with OSSD course or art portfolio background preferred. Familiarity with mainstream online promotion tools and platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram) and their operations. Strong communication skills, excellent execution ability, and ability to work under pressure. Clear logical thinking and strong data analysis skills to continuously expand enrollment based on actual feedback. Team player with good collaboration skills and willingness to travel as needed. Work experience is not mandatory; recent graduates are welcome to apply. Mandarin (required) and English (fluent).
