You will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office Warmly greet and assist visitors who come into the office, ensuring they sign in and out Answer and manage incoming calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, etc.) Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Sort and deliver all incoming mail and packages and schedule couriers for any outgoing mail and packages Running errands, banking, and scheduled pick-ups Maintaining cleanliness/orderliness of the kitchen, meeting room and reception area Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory File, retrieve, and maintain documents electronically Prepare and submit expense reports Assist colleagues whenever necessary Ad hoc administrative work, as requested
