Assist with legal document drafting and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Conduct searches and payout requests as needed to support open transactions through various third-party websites or systems. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment. Strong skills with the ability to gather relevant information efficiently. Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to minimize errors. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe or similar document management systems is preferred. Demonstrated skills to effectively coordinate various tasks. Fluent in Cantonese would be an asset.
