Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and progress reports. Monitor project timelines and budgets, tracking deliverables and reporting variances. Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients. Support procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking material deliveries. Assist in risk management by identifying issues and escalating them to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain accurate project records and filing systems.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). 1?3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or construction-related roles.
