Assist in coordinating project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables Communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and material suppliers to ensure project requirements are met Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed Bonus: Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts as requested
Previous experience in project coordination or construction management preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask Able to use revit/cad or read drawings will be a plus.
