Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin / Cantonese, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience as a Administrative Assistant or in a similar customer support role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
