A strong background in sales or retail with a superior customer service experience with a track record of excelling in the sales environment A College diploma or University degree in a design, business, or sales is preferred The ability and desire to quickly learn new product lines and processes an understanding of selling luxury product lines Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with strong experience in making follow up phone calls with a high sense of urgency, creating and developing sales presentations for prospective customers in-person and in a showroom Excited to greet customers when they enter the store or showroom and comfortable determining the customer needs by asking necessary questions Ability to seek out sales opportunities, and if you can not find them, you create them and are willing to follow through until the close Experience in residential interior and exterior design, renovation, construction the landscaping industry Strong English and Mandarin communication skills
