Manage and optimize online storefronts (Company website and e-commerce platform) Develop and execute SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to increase traffic and conversions (both organic traffic and paid traffic) Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance (sales, traffic, conversion rates) Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Develop targeted email marketing campaigns and promotional content to drive revenue, including outreach through personalized emails, website promotions, phone campaigns, and other marketing initiatives Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities Track ROI of digital campaigns and prepare performance reports
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English; Chinese is an asset) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing Experience creating and maintaining accurate product listings (descriptions, images, pricing) Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM platforms, and social media advertising Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Amazon, and (CMS) Strong analytical skills with the ability to parse data, generate reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner Knowledge of B2B sales and industrial products is an asset Experience with WordPress and CMS management is an asset
