Operate a high volume multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individuals and/or take detailed messages for processing in a courteous and professional manner. Greets customers and visitors ensuring optimum customer service. Maintains knowledge of security devices and product information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information. Performs various clerical tasks which include but are not limited to: licensing, filing, data entry. Maintains complete knowledge and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards. Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
