Responsible for the full cycle accounting (AR, AP, bank reconciliation) for residential properties. Preparation of GST/HST remittances. Preparation of bank reconciliations. Preparation of monthly journal entries: GPR, Prepaid, accrual. Preparation of cash projections and requests of funding as needed. Preparation of monthly reports packages and perform analysis of monthly operating variances and account analysis. Prepare year-end audit packages and working papers, liaison with auditors. Other projects as assigned.
- 招聘技能需求
Must have a least 2-3 years of relevant residential property accounting experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field. Bilingual skills (Chinese and English) would be an asset. Experience with Yardi would be an asset. Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in team and a self-starter working in a fast-paced environment.
