Coordinating schedules and keeping the office organized Preparing listing documents and organizing paperwork using WebForms/TransactionDesk Following up and responding to emails Uploading and updating listings on REALM Booking appointments and tracking confirmations ? following up where required Coordinating listing property set-up/preparation, such as booking /coordinating /scheduling photographers and other third parties Managing client database Managing client relationship tasks such as following up and ensuring all required documents are collected and completed correctly Maintaining tidy office space
Real Estate administrative experience is required (Minimum of 2 years experience). RECO license required. Experience with Webforms is an asset (preparing offers, uploading listings) Must be proficient in English, verbal and written Courteous, positive, and service-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Adobe Comfortable learning new computer systems and technologies Self-motivated and takes initiative Works very well under pressure Very friendly and caring Works well independently and within a team setting Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
