Landscape Construction: Manage multiple ongoing landscape and hardscape construction projects Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment Read and implement plans using Uvision, CAD or SketchUp-based designs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Track project progress, maintain timelines, and resolve site issues Use Buildertrend to log daily reports, photos, and schedule updates Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle Assist with invoicing and managing change orders Winter ? Snow & Ice Operations: Manage snow plowing and salting crews for commercial operations Monitor weather forecasts and proactively prepare crews and materials Remain on-call during snowfalls, including overnight and early-morning dispatch when necessary Plan and assign routes, schedule shifts, and ensure timely deployment of equipment Maintain accurate service logs, client updates, and performance records using Buildertrend Ensure safe and effective salting techniques are used to protect surfaces and comply with site requirements Manage salt ordering and equipment maintenance
