General Operations Collaborate with the team’s supervisors to identify hiring needs. Coordinate project and case assignments to ensure efficient workload distribution. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and organizational needs. Team Performance Management Assist in monitoring team performance and updating policies to align with business objectives. Participate in employee check-ins and provide support for probationary and performance review processes. Collaborate with team leads and training managers to address performance-related concerns. Provide input and administrative support for promotion, salary adjustment, and performance improvement processes. Assist with reviewing and approving overtime and scheduling adjustments.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1?2 years of experience in human resources, business operations, or administrative support is preferred. Experience in employee engagement and performance management is an asset. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and employee records. Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort learning new software/tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative in supporting team and business needs. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, is required. Willingness to work occasional overtime as required.
