Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing.
Front face for customers walking through the door & on the phone.
Coordinating resolutions for customer concerns and issues.
Providing internal and external feedback to quality control.
Scheduling shipments, creating shipping labels and customs invoices.
Keeping customers informed on the status of their order.
Preparing completed dockets for accounts receivable to invoice.
Providing information to customers on our products and services.
Maintaining customer information in QuickBooks and workflow system.
Other duties will be assigned.
